Averil Andrews

Averil Andrews’ practice focuses on business litigation and commercial disputes. Prior to joining Arendsen Cane Molnar LLP, Averil was an associate at Santini Law, a boutique law firm in Miami that specialized in commercial litigation and international dispute resolution. Ms. Andrews has handled cases related to entertainment, sports, corporate disputes, business tort, copyright, trademark, international law, and legal malpractice. Notably, Ms. Andrews was a second chair in two trials, including a federal diversity trial involving multi-million-dollar breach of contract and business tort claims.

While in law school, Ms. Andrews was a member of the International Moot Court Program, where she competed in the Universidad de Buenos Aires Commercial Arbitration Moot entirely in Spanish. Ms. Andrews was also the Research and Writing Editor of the University of Miami Business Law Review. In addition, Ms. Andrews interned with the Honorable Judge Kenneth L. Ryskamp in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Prior to law school, Ms. Andrews was an English teacher in Malaga, Spain. In her free time, Ms. Andrews enjoys cooking, hiking, yoga, dogs, and travel.
